Job Description
- • Perform formwork and shuttering for concrete structures
- • Construct and install timber framing and steel/metal studs for walls, partitions, and ceilings.
- • Carry out finishing carpentry, including fitting windows, doors, and architraves.
- • Install gypsum boards, ceilings, and carry out plastering or gib stopping as required.
- • Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- • Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe, clean work environment.
- • Collaborate with other trades and contribute to the timely completion of projects.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Minimum of 5 years overseas relevant experience
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Skilled and competent in at least 2–3 of the following carpentry tasks: • Formwork / shuttering • Timber framing • Steel / metal stud installation • Finishing carpentry (windows, doors, architraves) • Ceiling fixing • Gypsum board installation • Plas
- Ability to work across different phases of construction (from structural to finishing).
- Strong technical knowledge of tools, materials, and safe work practices.
- Team player, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
