Job Description
- Supervise daily operations of multiple crews across construction, fabrication, or maintenance activities Plan and organize work schedules, manpower, and resources to meet project deadlines Ensure work complies with approved drawings, specifications
- Monitor quality, productivity, and progress of work on site Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, and QA/QC teams for smooth execution Enforce HSE policies, PTW, and safe work practices across all crews
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training sessions Inspect materials, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and proper use Identify and report site issues, delays, or hazards and propose corrective actions
- Mentor and guide Foremen, technicians, and junior staff Prepare daily, weekly, and progress reports for management Assist in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and handover activities as required
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
