Job Description
- Execute complex lifting operations involving heavy, oversized, or critical loads Interpret and follow approved lifting plans, rigging sketches, and method statements Select and inspect rigging gears (slings, shackles, spreader beams, hooks)
- Ensure correct load calculation, center of gravity, and rigging configuration Coordinate with crane operators, lifting supervisors, and banksmen Conduct pre-lift inspections and toolbox talks
- Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, and site HSE procedures Guide and mentor Rigger Grade II / III personnel Identify and report unsafe conditions or defective lifting equipment
- Assist in erection, positioning, and alignment of equipment Maintain proper housekeeping in lifting areas
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
