Job Description
- To coordinate all Pret Experience Days, ensuring Pret paperwork and feedback sheets are completed and all candidates have a positive experience day. To plan, train and support all new Team Members during their 10 day training.
- To plan, coach and support all Team Member Star training. To ensure Barista and Hot Chef provide Pret perfect training and coaching in their specialist areas. To regularly feedback to the Shop Management Team on Team Members’ and TM Stars’ traini
- To ensure Team Members’ workbooks are carefully followed and reviewed daily during 10 day training and weekly during TM Star training. To ensure the Big Scary Quiz (BSQ) is completed with 90%+ score prior to graduation.
- To catch People doing things right, providing training support and motivation to the team including regular coaching and feedback. To identify specific training needs and implement training, on-going coaching and support for all Team Members.
- To set up all pink files for new starters and complete relevant training paperwork until TM Star graduation. To ensure all How To cards are used and kept updated. To support and complete annual retraining as required.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
