Job Description
- Manages online product listings, inventory updates, and pricing adjustments.
- Coordinates order processing, shipping, and customer service activities.
- Utilizes digital marketing platforms to promote products and boost sales. Engages with customers and responds to online inquiries promptly.
- Knowledge in Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento operations is a plus.
- Computer literate and familiar with e-commerce systems and tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- At least High School Graduate; College Diploma in Office Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in E-commerce operations, preferably with exposure to digital marketing tools and social media management.
