Job Description
- • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or Science from a recognized institution. • Possession of NEBOSH General Certificate / International General Certificate as a minimum requirement.
- HSE training or certifications will be considered advantage (e.g. OSHA, IOSH, etc. • Supplementary HSE-related training and certifications considered an asset. • Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (or equivalent).
- • Minimum of seven years experience managing HSE within the oil and gas EPC industry. • Demonstrate leadership capabilities and experience in guiding HSE teams. • Comprehensive knowledge of HSE management system and relevant regulatory requirements.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.

Additional Information
- • Significant expertise in performing risk assessment and audits. • Proven track record in leading and supervising HSE teams, including Engineers and Officers at senior and junior levels.
- • Proficiency in developing and implementing annual HSE plans • Strong working knowledge of permit to work system and gas testing procedures. • Advanced skills in incident investigation and root cause analysis methodologies
- • Ability to develop, maintains, and updates emergency response procedures and plans. • Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities,
- able to produce high quality reports for presentations to management and clients. • Excellent IT proficiency including all MS office programs.
