Job Description
- Perform and lead preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.
- Supervise and support junior mechanical technicians.
- Inspect mechanical installations and ensure compliance with FM standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- PIC Certificate required for this position
- Trade certification in mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing systems is an advantage.
- Experience in commercial buildings, high-rise facilities, malls, hospitals, or industrial facilities.
