Job Description
- Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team across assigned facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures. Ensure all mechanical systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other FM disciplines.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in mechanical systems, HVAC, or facilities management are an advantage.
- At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or senior supervisory role.
- Strong background in managing HVAC systems, pumps, chillers, plumbing, and other building mechanical services.
- Srong leadership and manpower management skills.
