Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the mechanical maintenance team.
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair work.
- Ensure all mechanical systems are operating efficiently and reliably.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and resource requirements.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or facilities management.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
- Experience managing maintenance of building systems, HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment, including pumps, chillers, HVAC units, boilers, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar maintenance software.
