Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
- Prepare and review Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and applicable codes and standards.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals and inspections.
- Establish quality control procedures and documentation systems.
- Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and material quality.
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor concrete works, steel works, finishing works, MEP works, and civil activities.
- Review material submittals, technical data sheets, and shop drawings.
- Witness and coordinate laboratory and field tests (concrete, soil, asphalt, welding, etc.).
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience as QA/QC Engineer in hotel and resort construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction codes and standards (ASTM, BS, ACI, ISO, etc.)
