Job Description
- Implement and enforce HSE plans, procedures, and method statements on construction sites.
- Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Hazard Identification (HAZID).
- Monitor high-risk activities such as working at height, lifting operations, excavation, scaffolding, hot works, and confined spaces.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and corrective actions.
- Monitor environmental aspects such as waste management, dust control, noise, spills, and pollution prevention.
- Conduct site safety inductions for workers, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Promote safety awareness and behavioral safety programs.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil); Engineering(Environmental/Health/Safety) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Strong knowledge of HSE laws, standards, and best practices
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and safety audits
- Experience in infrastructure, buildings, or hotel & resort construction projects.
- OSHA / IOSH certification (advantage)
