Job Description
- Supervise and manage all aluminum, glazing, and façade installation activities on site.
- Ensure works are executed as per approved shop drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate daily with project engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
- Monitor manpower productivity and allocate tasks accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and HSE requirements.
- Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks.
- Verify material deliveries, storage, and proper usage on site.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with engineers.
- Maintain daily progress reports and submit to management.
- Coordinate with suppliers for material requirements and urgent deliveries.
- Control site wastage and minimize rework.
- Ensure proper handover and snag rectification before final completion.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Diploma or technical certification in Civil, Mechanical, or Aluminum Fabrication.
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in aluminum, glazing, and façade site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum systems, glass installation, sealants, and accessories.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
- Driver's License (Important) . Valid driving license preferred.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
