Job Description
- Satisfying any/all needs of the guests – regularly double-checking back with guests throughout their experience
- Making proficient sales transactions – using a point-of-sale system
- Maintaining a clean & organized station – including pre-bussing & table maintenance
- Performing opening, closing & side duties – setting up/breaking down station, refilling condiments, cleaning ashtrays, etc.
- Demonstrating knowledge of all table/station numbers
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- PLEASING PERSONALITY minimum 5'4 in height and minimum 5'7 in height for Hostess 50-60 kg in weight
