Job Description
- Pizza preparation: Stretching and shaping dough, preparing sauce and toppings, and assembling pizzas according to customer orders and recipes.
- Cooking: Operating ovens and cooking pizzas to perfection, monitoring cooking times and temperatures.
- Quality control: Ensuring all ingredients meet quality standards and that finished pizzas are consistent and high-quality.
- Food safety and sanitation: Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, and keeping the kitchen, equipment, and utensils clean.
- Inventory and stocking: Managing inventory of ingredients, stocking supplies, and assisting with other food preparation tasks as needed.
- Teamwork and customer service: Working with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and sometimes interacting with customers to take orders or answer questions.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- With good communication skills
- Pizza Making training or certificates can be an advantage, though not always mandator
- Proven experience in preparing, stretching, and baking pizza is important.
