Job Description
- Monitor stock levels, manage product deliveries, and ensure shelves and back stock are organized.
- Create and maintain attractive product displays, arrange products on shelves, and set up promotional signage to attract customers.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed according to promotional plans.
- Track sales data and report on results to help increase sales and profits.
- Work with buyers, suppliers, and other retail staff to ensure the right products are available at the right time and price.
- Report any product shortages or other issues to management and help resolve customer complaints.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- With good communication skills
- experience in a retail or merchandising
- Familiarity with the specific industry and its products is required or preferred.
