Job Description
- RN's oversee practical nurses, CNA's and nursing personnel through assessment of their knowledge, skill and capabilities
- Clarifying expectations and addressing behaviors to ensure the safety if residents and to
- Attain the ultimate goal of achieving and maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
- Successfully passed the NCLEX-RN examination; eligible for RN licensure in all U.S. states.
- Current MN Registration as a Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current Certification in CPR and emergency care.
