Job Description
- Leads and supervises the L&D nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital protocols.
- Oversees labor, delivery, and postpartum operations, coordinating with physicians, staff, and administration for smooth workflow.
- Implements policies, manages staffing, and monitors performance metrics, while mentoring nurses and promoting professional development.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Preferably with active NCLEX Certificate
- With minimum of 4 years supervisory experience in Labor and Delivery / OBGYN
