Job Description
- Provides ongoing medical care for patients in long-term or chronic care settings, monitoring health and administering treatments.
- Develops and implements individualized care plans, coordinating with healthcare teams and families.
- Educates and supports patients and caregivers, promoting quality of life and adherence to care protocols.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Preferably with active NCLEX Certificate
- With minimum of 3 years’ experience in OR/Surgery/Perioperative
