Job Description
- Identify pest infestations, points of entry, and conducive conditions in residential homes and commercial properties.
- Apply appropriate pest control methods and products (sprays, baits, traps, etc.) to eradicate a variety of pests including rodents, insects, termites, and more.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and safe practices.
- Properly use, clean, and maintain all tools and equipment
- Accurately record services performed, materials used, and observations.
- Follow all company and regulatory safety guidelines and chemical handling protocols.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and reliable service, building strong relationships with our clients.
- Drive to various client locations across Port Vila in a company vehicle
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Previous experience in pest control is highly advantageous, but comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.
- Must be physically capable of lifting, bending, crawling, climbing, and working in various indoor and outdoor environments, including confined spaces and at heights.
- Good command of English is essential for client interaction and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, honest, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- A strong commitment to safe working practices.
