Job Description
- Carry out regular store visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, or grocery stores.
- Ensure company's FMCG products — food, beverages, hygiene items, etc. — are properly displayed and merchandised per planogram or company standards
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when needed.
- Report inventory and store-condition feedback, sales performance, and shelf-display compliance to management.
- Support in-store promotions, new product launches, or product placement campaigns when required.
- Build and maintain good relationships with store managers/staff to support product distribution and visibility efforts.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- At least 1–2 years experience in merchandising, sales, or retail distribution — preferably in FMCG / consumer-packaged goods.
- Familiarity with retail store execution, merchandising practices, stock monitoring, and store rounds.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits / multiple store accounts.
- Basic reporting skills (stock, sales, display compliance).
