Job Description
- Identify the correct parts required for trade, retail and workshop customers.
- Work as part of a large team to achieve company and departmental targets.
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping are achieved within the Parts Department.
- Communicate and build a rapport with the other departments.
- Maintain and build the customer database
- Process parts orders through the various software systems and DMS.
- Check off deliveries and input the information on the DMS.
- Follow the outlined structures to assist with inventory levels.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Mercedes-Benz certified parts advisor.
- Display a desire to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Possess strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Be diligent, with a flexible approach to work.
- Demonstrate an ability to work to high standards.
- Be highly motivated and energetic.
- Have good oral and written English.
