Job Description
- Supervise architectural works and finishing activities on construction sites. Ensure design intent and architectural details are implemented according to project drawings and specifications.
- Oversee finishing works such as flooring, painting, cladding, joinery, and interior fit-outs. Monitor quality standards, safety procedures, and timelines on site. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Can lead a team of masons, welders and labors. Deep knowledge in plan reading and design implementation. Knowledge in using AutoCAD, Sketchup and Microsoft Office software. Willing to drive vehicle and to work on site.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
