- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for supervisors or teams; Maintain and update calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Communicate with Board Members, schedule Board Meetings, and arrange meeting agendas. Liaise with clients and business guests. Project and event coordination.
- Schedule meetings. Prepare conference rooms for meetings. Make travel arrangements for executives. See more. Print and copy documents as needed
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Secretarial or similar fields.
