Job Description
- Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate salespeople and merchandisers' performances.
- Report on regional sales results.
- Provide excellent customer service to customers.
- Forecast quarterly and annual sales
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Area Manger or similar senior sales role.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (e.g., ROI and KPIs).
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Experienced in managing a team of salespeople and merchandisers.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
