Job Description
- Ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers via call/emails.
- Proactively think along with the customer to resolve their queries quickly.
- Compliance with the Service Level Agreement and focused on customer loyalty.
- High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
- Confidence dealing with sensitive/emotive situations while identifying and fulfilling the customers’ needs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction or referring customers to supervisors as required.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Must have JLPT N2 certification or higher and with strong customer service experience.
- Native or fluent in both written and spoken Japenese language
- Commitment towards delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via different communication platforms.
- Fast learner who can master multiple new systems, with proficiency at multi-tasking and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and collaborating effectively in a virtual team environment.
- Previous experience in customer service would be an added advantage
- Considerable working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exposure or similar experience will be highly regarded.
