Job Description
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for substation civil, structural, and MEP works
- Perform clash detection and model coordination
- Support drawings, quantity take-offs, and visualization
- Maintain model accuracy for construction execution
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- 5+ years’ experience in BIM for substation/civil/MEP projects
- Skilled in preparing accurate 3D BIM models, clash detection & coordination
- Capable of producing drawings and quantity take-offs
- Supports visualization and construction sequencing
