Job Description
- Monitor and control food and equipment inventory, food costing, stock rotation procedure are followed on a week/ basis
- Ensure the food are prepared with high standard including the quality and variety of dishes
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, maintain courteous, professional and restpectful relationship with staff
- Implement and monitor Oral Hygiene and the health and Safety procedure in the kitchen
- Creating new dishes and planning menus
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
- Knowledge in all Oriental Cuisine (Japan, Thailand, Korea, Taiwan, Cambodia, Malaysia etc.)
