Job Description
- Carry out inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to the defined schedules and methods to guarantee the provision of a timely service to customers
- React to any complaints or emergencies promptly and as directed by the Group Leader / Supervisor so as to provide the necessary corrective maintenance measures and resolve customers’ problems
- Monitor the running conditions of various assets within the scope of work, check their operational efficiency, ensure that their functionality complies with standards, and take the necessary preventive measures if any problems are detected
- Operates and maintains Building Management System (BMS) for proper function and monitors the DCIM against approved benchmarks to include; HVAC, Lighting, Fire Suppression, Generator, Plumbing, and Electrical
- Carry out routine checks for correct operation of all control equipment as directed by Facility Engineer
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Electrical/Electronic) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Diploma or a 2-year Industrial Training Course in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations for the safe and efficient installation of electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using electrical tools and diagnostic equipment.
