Job Description
- • Provide programmed and reactive maintenance for all wastewater and potable water treatment assets under TWM’s control
- • Ensure all required parameters are accurately and consistently recorded and reported daily
- • Assist in the implementation, management, and compliance of TWM’s integrated management system
- • Manage daily paperwork, including timesheets, maintenance logs, and safety/observation forms.
- • Motivate, develop, and mentor employees and subcontractors at HGCP project sites.
- • Conduct training and refresher training for current and newly engaged operators as required
- • Notify the TWM Regional Manager proactively of consumables, spare parts, or equipment needs for uninterrupted plant operations.
- • Complete and submit the weekly WVVTP/WTP Report accurately and on time
- • Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders on all areas of responsibility
- • Manage day-to-day operational activities. and oversee local (walk-in) wastewater and potable water treatment plant operators.
- • Provide ongoing mentoring and training to national operators under supervision
- • Contribute to other wastewater and potable water project initiatives as required.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 10 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Chemical) or similar fields.
- · 10+ years managing Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations
- · Diploma / Certificate IV or higher in Water Operations
- · Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aptitude
- · Knowledge of safety procedures and administrative functions
- · Experience in the oil and gas industry
- · Relevant experience in a similar role
