Job Description
- At least two (2) year of relevant experience
- High School Graduate / College Diploma in Office Administration.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, basic email management).
- Handles filing, record keeping, and document organization.
- Prepares and manages correspondence, reports, and schedules.
- Provides general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
- Maintains a professional appearance and exhibits a friendly demeanor
- Possesses good communication and multitasking skills.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
