Job Description
- Pipe preparation: Measure, cut, and prepare HDPE pipe sections for welding.
- Fusion welding: Operate butt fusion, electrofusion, or extrusion welding equipment to join HDPE pipes.
- - Alignment and inspection: Ensure proper alignment of pipes before welding and inspect welds for defects or leaks.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- An HDPE welder is responsible for joining, repairing, and maintaining high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes and fittings using specialized fusion welding techniques, ensuring strong, leak-free connections that meet safety and project standards.
