Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end operations of the assigned facility or station
- Lead and supervise teams across maintenance, technical services, housekeeping, and groundskeeping
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for service requirements, reports, and updates
- Manage maintenance schedules, manpower allocation, and on-site resources
- Respond to emergencies, service requests, and operational issues
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and adherence to KPIs/SLAs
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment usage
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost-efficient operations
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- Proven experience in Facilities Management or Station/Operations Management
- Background in gasoline station, building maintenance, engineering, or technical services
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working abroad or in multicultural settings is an advantage
