Job Description
- prepare accurate and detailed 2D drawings using AUTOCAD based on design specifications and site information
- develop 3D models and coordinated drawings using Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
- work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawings reflect correct technical requirements and design intents, and forecast plans for ongoing projects.
- revise drawings based on mark ups, engineering feedback or site conditions
- maintain drawing registers, layer standards, and file management protocols
- assist in clash detection and coordination activities within the BIM environment
- ensure that all drawings meet company and client drafting standards, as well as relevant codes regulations
- support preparation of as-built drawings, shop drawings, and render drawing packages
- keep drawings and models up to date as per project changes and version control
- attend project coordination meetings require
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Others) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
