- Full onboard operation handling, Month closing paperwork and soft file on computer.
- Preferred National seaman book holder with previous work stamps.
- Full knowledge & Experience on Catering & Hospitality Services. Level 03 Food safety Training.
- Must be Cook/Baker background experience.
- Fluent in English-, computer knowledge
- Able to manage onboard over all operation in absence of Campboss, Handle to campboss job on emergencies situation.
- Ability to give and follow oral or written instruction and establish procedures.
