Job Description
- To perform operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities for chillers and associated HVAC systems at AlUla Airport to ensure optimal cooling performance, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
- • Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair chillers (centrifugal, screw, or absorption type) and related HVAC equipment.
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, and control systems.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in chillers and implement corrective measures.
- Monitor chiller plant performance and maintain log sheets, temperature, and pressure readings
- Ensure proper functioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) and respond to alarms.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Mechanical); Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Diploma / Technical Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in chiller plant operation & maintenance (preferably in airports, commercial complexes, or large facilities).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and BMS integration.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and service reports.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and airport compliance standards.
