Job Description
- Assess residents’ physical conditions and develop individualized physiotherapy care plans to improve mobility and independence.
- Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and caregivers to ensure holistic care and monitor residents’ progress.
- Educate residents and families on safe practices, home exercise routines, and use of assistive devices.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs tailored to elderly patients, focusing on strength, balance, and fall prevention.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports in compliance with nursing home standards.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Preferably experience in a hospital, rehabilitation center, or nursing home settings
- Experience in geriatric care is an advantage. Skilled in rehabilitation exercises, mobility training, and elderly care.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Additional Information

- Willing to work shifts and weekends if required.
