Job Description
- Lead and supervise the nursing team to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Provide specialized care in wound and stoma management while ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Conduct regular audits and enforce compliance with healthcare standards and policies.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication.
- Oversee staff schedules, resources, and reporting to maintain optimal unit performance.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum 5 years post qualification direct clinical experience, and 3 years experience as Charge Nurse
- At least 2 years experience under: medical wards, ICC, CCU, rehabilitation, long-term care, orthopedic, and neurology wards
- Certified Wound Care Nurse and Stoma care Nurse
