Job Description
- Prepare metal surfaces by cleaning, sanding and masking as needed
- Apply powder coatings using spray guns and other tools in a spray booth
- Set up and monitor curing ovens for proper temperature and bake times
- Inspect parts before and after coating to ensure uniform coverage and quality finish
- Touch up or rework pieces as necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Mix and match colors based on specifications when required
- Follow safety protocols and wear proper protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain and troubleshoot powder coating equipment and tools
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Knowledge in Powder Coating or Industrial Coating
