Job Description
- Strong ability in dealing with suppliers. Ability to make and follow up on maintenance requests.
- Demonstrate strong ability in handling unexpected matters. Demonstrate basic knowledge in inventory management.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in food production and techniques. Strong knowledge of food storage best practices.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to control wastages.
- Strong knowledge of food quality. Strong knowledge of food storage temperature.
- Strong knowledge of food cooking temperature. Proficiency in the use of kitchen equipment and tools.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Experience in BOH operations IN restaurant experience is a must.
- Mixed experience in QSR & Restaurants (Upper-Casual) and hotels/fine dining. Experience in Continental cuisine.
