Job Description
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, eating and mobility.
- Monitor and record physical and emotional health conditions
- Perform light housekeeping and help with meals
- Support residents with rehabilitation exercises as directed by therapists
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team
- Follow strict infection control and hygiene protocols
- Maintain detailed care logs and daily reports
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve residents' quality of life
- May assist with medication reminders (administering medication typically requires a nurse in Japan)
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Must be graduates or undergraduates of BS Nursing or any medical-related course, or possess a valid Caregiving NCII certificate issued by TESDA
- Must pass the JLPT (N4 or higher) or JFT A2 and PROMETRIC SKILLS TEST
- Applicants who are ex-TITP will be prioritized
