Job Description
- To drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships by leading the sales team, managing distributors/retailers, and executing territory sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and deliver revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and trade partners.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising standards.
- Negotiate trading terms, promotional support, and credit arrangements.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
- Proven experience in sales management (FMCG, Motor, or Electronics) - they may not have all the experience in all 3. Key component should selling skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory and beyond should the need arises.
