Job Description
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including physical, emotional, and psychosocial status.
- Monitor and document patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed by physicians.
- Prepare patients for surgery and assist with post-operative care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Must have at least 6 months of bedside experience in an acute care setting
- Must be a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Graduate
- Must hold a valid PRC Nursing License in the Philippines
