Job Description
- Provide direct care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities like bathing, feeding, and mobility.
- Accurately document patient health information, treatments, and responses in medical records to ensure proper communication and continuity of care.
- Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other nurses to develop and implement patient care plans and ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, post-treatment care, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and health management.
- Respond to medical emergencies, perform CPR, manage wounds, and take appropriate actions to stabilize patients as needed.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Must have at least 6 months of bedside experience in an acute care setting
- Must be a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Graduate
- Must hold a valid PRC Nursing License in the Philippines
