Job Description
- Assist in food preparation and production following set recipes and hygiene standards.
- Handle pre-preparation of bakery and pastry items.
- Ensure workstations and equipment are clean and organized.
- Support senior kitchen staff with raw materials and basic cooking tasks.
- Passion for food, good stamina, attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work under pressure.
- HACCP knowledge is an advantage.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
