Job Description
- • Develop strategic plans for each property, including maintenance schedules, capital improvements, and tenant optimization strategies.
- • Oversee the planning and execution of property enhancements, renovations, or repurposing to increase value and usability.
- • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring properties are compliant, safe, and operating efficiently.
- • Analyze market trends and recommend property development or repositioning strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, terminations, and rent reviews with commercial and residential tenants.
- Negotiate service contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure costeffective and high-quality service delivery
- Draft, review, and manage lease agreements and other contractual documents in coordination with legal teams
- Ensure all properties are fully compliant with local, state, and national regulations
- Manage the acquisition, renewal, and tracking of all licenses, permits, and approvals related to property use and business operation
- Liaise with government agencies, legal advisors, and auditors to resolve compliance or regulatory issues
- Supervise and enforce timely rent collections, monitor payment records, and address delinquencies
- Maintain accurate documentation of all income, expenses, and cash flows related to property operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Facilitate tenant onboarding, move-ins/outs, and periodic reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as a point of coordination for owners, investors, and senior stakeholders regarding property performance
- Prepare comprehensive reports on property performance, occupancy rates, lease status, maintenance, and compliance matters.
- Maintain a centralized system for property documentation including leases, licenses, maintenance records, and legal documents.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management or similar fields.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- • Proven experience in Real Estate Operations, Property Management or in a related field.
- with proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar real estate management role.
- • Strong knowledge of property management, leasing processes, and relevant laws and regulations
- • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- • Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
- • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office
- • Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
- • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- • Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing processes, and tenant laws.
- • Experience in generating new business and bringing in properties for management.
- • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
