Job Description
- Responsible for conducting accurate land and topographical surveys to support design, planning, and construction activities.
- Pre Survey Preparation: Review project drawings, site plans, and specifications to identify survey requirements.
- Establish control points, benchmarks, references line for field operations.
- Calibrate and test surveying instruments to ensure accuracy.
- Field Surveying: Conduct land, boundary, topographic, and layout surveys using Total Station, GPS, and level instruments.
- Mark reference points, grids, and elevations for construction alignment.
- Record field measurements, coordinates, and site date accurately.
- Data Processing and Analysis: Transfer field data to computer systems and process it for analysis.
- Prepare detailed survey drawings, contour maps, and lay out plans using AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Calculate areas, volumes, coordinates, and elevations as required.
- Identify and report discrepancies between design drawings and site conditions.
- Construction Support: Set out positions for structure, foundations, roads, and utilities as per design drawings.
- Verify levels, alignments, and coordinates during construction to ensure accuracy.
- Provide as-built survey data and assist in preparing documentation for project completion.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve technical issues.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Civil) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GPS, and Total Station instruments
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, data processing, and construction layouts.
- Ability to interpret design drawings and perform precise field measurements.
- Experience in hospitality, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
