Job Description
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE inspection within manufacturing industry (preferred).
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, unsafe practices, and non-compliance with HSE policies.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety procedures, PPE usage, and environmental regulations. Support continuous improvement initiatives for HSE performance.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in risk assessments and job safety analysis (JSA) for high-risk activities. Ensure proper implementation of emergency response plans and drills.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and compliance reports. Provide HSE induction and toolbox talks to workers and subcontractors.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent).
- Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety standards.
