Job Description
- Provides medical care to patients in their homes or in homecare facility, which includes assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and performing procedures like wound care
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of a patient's physical and emotional condition, monitor vital signs, and evaluate progress.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Report patient status to supervising physicians and communicate with family members to address concerns and explain the care plan.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
- Should have valid PRC license (Nurse)
- Willing to work in a homecare setting
