Job Description
- Ensure plant availability through preventice, maintenance, rapid breakdown response, safe repairs, and suport for continous improvement projects.
- Execute preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and inspections accoring to the scheduled PM plan, record results, and close work orders.
- Experience with conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, hydraulic and pnuematic components, and mechanical alignment.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematic, and maintenance manuals; basic experience with measuring tools (micrometers, dial indicators, torque wrenches).
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
- Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Engineering(Mechanical) or similar fields.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on mechanical maintenance experience in food manufacturing, frozen foods, bakery or FMCG manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and with Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
- Experience with mechanical tools and equipment
