Job Description
- Operate tractors and agricultural machinery safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
- Perform tilling, seeding, fertilizing, and other tasks related to the crop cycle.
- Apply pesticides and fertilizers following technical guidelines and safety protocols
- Carry out basic and preventive maintenance of machinery to ensure proper functioning.
- Support general farm activities such as irrigation assistance, loading, and transporting supplies or harvests.
- Report technical issues or breakdowns to the farm supervisor for timely resolution.
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
- No minimum educational attainment is required for this position.
- Proven experience in operating tractors and agricultural machinery.
